Dear Readers,

This month has been a blur. Definitely too much going on.

In the second week of August, VH1, a cable TV music station, flew me to Burbank for an interview on a piece about the murders of both Tupac Shakur and Biggie Smalls. It's set to air in mid-October. Also, I've done a couple of radio interviews, so it's starting to light up. St. Martin's Press issued a mass-mailing press release and the interview requests are starting to come in.

Also, I finished the manuscript for Death in the Desert: The Ted Binion Homicide Case. I don't have the exact release date, but will post it as soon as I know. The book is now in production.

The Murder of Biggie Smalls is being released on October 11. Father Seraphim: The True Story and Private Letters is being released October 5. Needless to say, it's been busy what with my helping with pre-publicity for both publishing houses. I'm happy with both books, as are my publishers, so it'll be interesting to see what you, the reader, thinks. If you happen to pick up a book, I welcome your feedback.

Book signings are being scheduled and I'll apprise you of those as soon as I know the dates. I'm told by my editors that I'll be doing some traveling in October.

Also, I've started working on a revised and updated version of The Killing of Tupac Shakur. It will include more photos and new information about the events surrounding Tupac's murder. I hope to have it finished soon with a release date some time after the first of the year.

Thanks for staying tuned!

Best,
